CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/11/13 -- Mattersight Corporation (NASDAQ: MATR) today announced that it has entered into a joint development agreement with a leading on-demand digital interviewing platform provider to apply Mattersight's advanced analytics to the provider's digital interview platform, which captures and stores both video and audio interview content. Applying advanced analytics to interview content has the promise of dramatically increasing interview effectiveness by highlighting specific interview responses for further review and sorting the candidates by interview quality, with the aim of ultimately predicting a candidate's future job performance over time. Subject to the success of this joint development, Mattersight anticipates that its advanced analytics will be embedded in its partner's digital interview platform; the companies are currently targeting an initial product release in the summer of 2013.
