Regtransfers: DD11 AYE Has a Fighting Chance in the BUS 5H

LONDON, Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jungle fever hits the UK once again and the latest batch of celebrities go 'down under' to face gruesome tasks and a plethora of creepy crawlies. Amongst them is boxer David Haye, who may well find himself fighting off the snakes and rats in the 'I'm A Celebrity' jungle while enjoying a meal of MAG 90Ts (maggots) and GRU 888Bs (grubs).

In 2011, the former heavyweight champion chose Regtransfers, the largest independent number plates specialist in the UK, to supply his personal car number plate.  From the countless thousands of privatenumberplates available, Haye found a perfect match with DD11 AYE, depicting his initials DD (David Deron) and surname Haye (11 AYE). At that time, David's picture graced the cover of Regtransfers: The World of Personal Number Plates and he featured as the celebrity interview subject in that issue. The professional, full-colour magazine, with its circulation of 80,000 readers is unique as there is no comparable publication catering to the UK's private number plates enthusiasts.

Regtransfers is hoping the luck of former 'Queen of the Jungle,' and Regtransfers cover girl, Stacey Solomon will be passed to David. Stacey also enlisted Regtransfers' privateplates expertise to help source the personalised registration SX10 BUG for her VW Beetle.

Angela Banh, marketing manager of Regtransfers.co.uk, said: "Regtransfers definitely seems to be the preferred source for celebrity number plates. We have a constant stream of famous people coming to us for number plates and to appear in our magazine. Stacey and David are two of our favourites and both have now appeared in the 'I'm A Celebrity' jungle.

"David certainly doesn't shy away from a fight, but some of the challenges can be a little gruesome. We certainly wouldn't be in any hurry to swap places with him! We wish DD11 AYE all the best for his stay in the Australian BUS 5H and hope he comes out 'King of the Jungle'!"

Regtransfers has entered into the fun spirit of the new series by identifying a number of jungle-inspired plates. These are available for any superfans of the show who may wish to display their enthusiasm on their car! Combinations include RAT 777Y (rat), C2 EEK (creek) and EYE 841L (eyeball). For those looking for something a bit more traditional, the Regtransfers.co.uk website features  a registration plate search that can help visitors find name, initial, word and dateless plates.
